383 almost finished! HP/Torque guess?

Anyone care to guess, or run this through a Desktop Dyno, and tell me how much HP/Torque I'm going to make?

383 stroker:
638 .030 over, roller motor block, 0 decked
fully balanced by a pro
Scat 3.75 crank
Eagle 5.7 rods
SRP 11:1 pistons (flat tops)-5cc
SLP 51006 Hydraulic roller, Comp cams timing gear and chain installed straight up.
in: .495" 270 218
ex: .502" 276 224
TrickFlow 23 degree aluminum heads w/.039 quench
1.5 Harland Sharp roller rockers
Ported TPI with all of the mods, huge K&N filter through 3" SS pipe through the MAF,
30# SVO injectors, custom chip
373 gears with 295/50/15 rear tires
A 700r4 that's been modified and shifts great
Hooker full length competition headers with 2.5" pipe all the way through dual two chamber Flowmasters

All in a 1989 GMC short bed stepside pickup, 4040 pounds with driver. All third gen. engine and tranny, wiring, etc., just to keep the message board topic correct!

Thanks in advance!

Boy oh boy, this virtual dyno stuff is fun!! I say 450 ft-lbs and 390-425 HP depending on what you mean by "ported" TPI setup. Your motor is actually VERY close to a motor Lingenfelter has in his small block chevy performance book.

At what RPM? What's it look like at 5250 RPM?

I'd like to see that book. Guess I'll look it up later.

Thanks for taking the time and the reply!

My Engine Analyzer program came up with:

344 hp @ 5250RPM

372 Lb. Ft. Torque @ 3000RPM

The stock TPI intake is choking it.

383's are so much fun to put together. I thought I was 'a lucky one' as it seemed nothing was touching/interfering. I went with the eagle kit. Now, #2 rod and #6 are 'rubbing' but still passing over the cam lobe so I had to take them back out and whack 'em on the grinder.

Is there some type of minimum clearence I need. I mean the rod nuts are pretty darn close to the bottoms of the bores only on the even side. I could just slide a piece of posterboard through there so I just touched the edges of the rod nuts on the grinder to add 'a hair more' room. I'd guess about .02" at the least... Is this ok?

I'd have to agree that the stock TPI is the culprit. "Ported" or not, it does not have the air flow to support larger cubic inch motors. Now, before I get hate mail - this goes w/o saying. A 383 with a TPI can make respectable HP, but it also will make incedible amounts of low end torque. I'd say that the combination is perfect for a heavy vehicle.
