Would I run 13's?

Check the sig. Any guesses what I'd run in the 0 - 60 and 1/4?

You might get up to 100 mph but I doubt you have enough tire to get into the 13's. Going from Firestones to MT Street slicks helped my almost 1/2 second in eta with neglible increase in mph.

Would be surprised if you hit 13's. Haven't done much to motor (based on sig), but good start. Wish you the best. Also some suspension mods (lca, etc) would help as would a torque converter.

I'd say low 14's around 98 mph, considering it's running well.

'88 RS (originally 2.8)
-350, .040 over, vette alum. L98s, stock tpi.
-305 injectors & chip
-TES headers & edelbrock cat back
-3.73 gears, 700r4.
Best with 2.8-17.4@77mph
Best with 305-15.0@93mph
Best with 356-13.7@101mph
on a 2.050 60 ft.
(Damn the 2.8!)

Im guessing Low 14's to because your not going to get a good take off with those gears. If you run some DOT approved drag radials you might. Working with that gear your going to really have to stick you launch. YOur close, a stok L98 can do it if you have you car set up properly, but mostly our cars are just too heavy. NOw say you do a cam swap you should be there. I hit 13.9 at just a little under 100mph with a 355 with SLP goodies, full exhaust with NO cat and a 2200RPM stall converter, and a lot of other things not being mentioned. You should be close though, I did mine on a 2.77 posi.

Past Thirdgen:
86 Trans Am w/ built 355TPI with SLP goodies and too much other stuff to List. One sweet *** car, wish I would have had a good enough Job to pay insurance on three cars so I could keep it, but for a 89 Turbo Trans Am w/ Low miles, I think I made the right choice!
