car idles but dies when placed on drive...

car idles but dies when placed on drive...
whats the most likely candidate?I still have to do the IAC/TPS adjustments although the TPS reads as .57 volts..

lol. when this first happened.. i just screwed in the little TB screw 
but i then found out it was a bad IAC. sorry i cant be more descriptive.. but that was like 3 years ago when i first got the car and didnt know better
