please help snapped bolt!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys,

I was changing my thermostat the other day and the back bolt on the housing snap. No prob I thought, I will just tap it but it turns out that it was already tapped and whoever did it used some sort of steel filler looks like the tube stuff. the hole is way to big to try tapping again any ideas besides welding the hole. Maybe I will just by another tpi manifold like the bigmouth. but I need a quick fix until I can get that kind of cash.

Thanks in advance

If you want another intake, I have extras. Email me if you want one.

I did the same thing.

Drill it out and fill it in with JB Weld and re-drill and tap it.

Works as good as the original and if you clean it up nicely, no one will ever know.

Darn TPI intakes suck.
