just a little question

hi i was wondering if i need the coolant hose that is on the front of my intake manifold or if that is the hose that goes to the heater core if it is would it be alright to just block it off?

Hello, hello,

What year/engine do you have? The V-8 TPIs have a heater hose that connects to the underside of the throttle body. This hose is routed through the heat chambers in the TB and exits to the return fitting on the water pump. Removing this hose and capping it will stop flow through the heater core and the passages in the rear of the right head.

its a 91 350 im talking about the hose that connects to the front of the intake base not the one on the throttle body
