slp intake runners

Hey everybody, I was searching the topic of slp runners and have seen mixed reactions. What do you guys think about spending $250 for them with my mods? worth it or not?
Any other suggestions? (runner wise or not)

-1991 trans am
-rebuilt tpi 305 HO
-rebuilt 700r trany with shift kit
-mild but higher than stock cran cams roller cam
-slp headers
-full 3" exhaust
-K & N air filter
-future "ram air hood" functional
-new misc. (gaskets, bearing, sensors, alternator, bat., radiator, water pump, ect)

Thanks guys!!!

Well they will work well with a Slightly bigger than stock cam. They are meant to raise you TQ curve a bit. I had great results with mine with similar mods and POrt matching the upper intake with a 58mm TB on a 355 TPI using 19Lb injectors at 46psi.

89 Trans Am Turbo 3.8L All stock 43,000 miles #1053 of 1555

Past Thirdgen:
86 Trans Am w/ built 355TPI with SLP goodies and too much other stuff to List. One sweet *** car, wish I would have had a good enough Job to pay insurance on three cars so I could keep it, but for a 89 Turbo Trans Am w/ Low miles, I think I made the right choice!
