Ok, my idle takes awhile to get to 800 rpm when i start the car, it takes like 1 or 2 min to drop down from 1500, also i seem to be running rich by the smell of my exhaust, the only code i have is 12, could it be a O2 sensor, or the coolent temp sensors?

 

That 12 is normal when you try to recieve codes. It will always show up a couple times in a row, then the computer will start to flash the trouble codes.
