TPI Loading up
Hi everyone, I just bought an 86 Iroc Z 305 TPI. My problem I am having is when they guy I bought the car off of put the motor back in after rebuild he didnt hook up the O2 sensor and it wants to load up very bad. I cant seem to find the wire anyware the goes to it either. I was wondering if it would be possible and if so how difficult it would be to run a new wire from the computer to the O2 sensor. Any help, suggestions, or remedies would be greatly appreciatedThanks

The stock O2 sensor wiring travels along the driver's side valve cover, down the front of the engine, and then under the driver's motor mount to the gauge temp switch and the O2 sensor. Its a purple wire.

It should be in the huge wire loom behind the engine that goes behind the brake booster and into the firewall in that huge plastic plug called the "C100" connector. From there it goes behind the dash and into the ECM.
