Car running crappy and dying out
The car has run fine since i put a new MAF in a few weeks ago. no codes or anything. but the past 3 days or so its acting really bad. it dies when i go from park to drive or reverse, starts to rough idle when the car is on an angle, like going up or down hill, especially when im at a stop on a hill. its also been idleing between 1,000-1,500 where normally its at about 700. at first id kick the gas and the idle would come down but now it just goes back to about a grand.
on top of all that its overheating cause the second fan isnt coming on. its going into the shop tomorrow for the overheating and im gona have them check the other stuff out too. just wondered what you guys thought it might be.

my mechanic said it may be the EGR going bad. he said that a bad EGR can cause rough idle and dying out. anyone have an opinion on this???? is there any way to bypass the EGR system? I have Dart Iron Eagles at home that are gona go on soon and they do not have EGR passages so what do i do?
