Large cam w/o adverse affects?

Engine: LS6 & 383 charged stroker
Transmission: 6-speed & 5 speed
Large cam w/o adverse affects?
What is the largest cam that a M.A.F. sensed L98, with stock heads and crane 1.6 roller rockers will:
A: Idle decent
B: Have sufficent valve to piston clearance
C: Not affect the computer
Anyone?

Car: `86 SS / `87 SS
Engine: L69 w/ TPI on top / 305 4bbl
Transmission: `95 T56 \ `88 200-4R
An energizer 272 Crane came is quite mismatched to an L69 with LB9 EFI added to it. But it'll run.
