Has any one used an electric water pump

I am thinkg abought using an electric water pump on my 87 GTA and was woundering if any one has done this befor? need to know how to run the power steering and alternator belts mabe AC may put it back on have not decided yet.

From what I understand the electrics are good for drag racing. Because they need some extra cooling, when not running. The problem with them is they are more prone to wearing out faster. They do conserve power though.

I thought about it and I think it might be risky for street use.
