What color is the wire going to the oxygen sensor on an 87 Camaro. It is an Iroc with a 5.7L V8.

Pigtail is black or purple. I think the wire to the ECM is pink or purple. Hope this helps.

The wire should be purple, but often looks black near the sensor due to heat discolorization.
