aftermarket runners.....

Would it be worth to get some with no other mods except k&n and exhaust. If so how much power would they give me and what kind would be good.

I agree... you'd have to do stuff to the rest of the motor/intake/exhaust/etc.. to really gain any benefits from just bolting on a set of runners. I had a set of used Accel LTR's hanging around for the LONGEST time before putting them in my car, and that was AFTER I had the Edlebrock base ported/matched to the runners. There's not much "meat" on the stock baseplate, so I'm not too sure as to how much porting you can really do. BUt I say, spend the money elsewhere, because you'd be sorely disappointed, unless you're "investing" for the future, in which case, I'd say just save up for a mini-ram, because after you get the baseplate, and throttle body, you'd be well on your way to a miniram, or at least a super-ram

On a stock engine, no. Better mods for you would be SLP headers to go with your exhaust. Get the intake manifold and runners at the same time, its easier and better that way.
