Whats the bottom line on NOS....is it safe?

If its installed and configured properly...will it cause any damage to my motor or can the engine take it. It only has about 20,000 Km on it.

Most kits are designed for stock motors. Go with the manufacturers recommendations (which are usually mild), and you shouldn't have any problems. I have been running 100hp shot into my stock TPI 305 occasionally, and my motor to date has over 181k miles on it and still runs better than the day it was new.
