Can Gen II heads work on traditional L98 block?

Whats up everybody?
I have a question about reverse coolant flow heads working on a 88 L98 block? I have a set laying around the basement & I was wondering if they can be made to work? The casting number is # 10128374.........92-up 350........Gen II LT1,53cc,angle plug, aluminum, reverse flow cooling, 175/68cc ports.
I notice that the there are no coolant outlets for the intake manifold & thermostat housing. Do these heads use the vortec intake manifold?

It can be done but it wont be cheap. You'd be better off selling those for a set that will bolt up with no hassles.
