Opinions on most vital guages.

I am going to be doing a Ram Jet 350 swap sometime next year (I hope) and am going to set up a 2 guage pod cluster to monitor the vital things but I am curious to what you guys think the most vital guage are to get. I am leaning towards a FP guage and possibly oil temp but am not 100% sure if I should or not. I am going to be racing the car as often as possible on strip, street, and road courses. So tell me what you guys think some of the most vital guages are.

PS I am also thinking about a power adder of some sort so a boost guage may be the second one I get or I could just mount it where the ash tray is now since I dont smoke at all.

Thanks for the help.

One note about your 3rd suggestion, most people that auto-cross, I am assuming x-cross means Auto-X, run a manual tranny.
You woudn't need a tranny temp guage for Auto-X.
I'd use Oil Pressure and Oil Temp for Auto-X.

Yea I am running a 5 spd so I am not looking at a tranny temp guage. I am leaning now towards a FP guage and a AF guage to tune the car then when it is all tuned and ready to go put a boost guage in the pod. How does that sound?

Definatly FP, the a/f ratio gauge is cool but I doubt its very accurate, it just plugs into the stock O2 sensor.. It gives you an idea though.
