Please Help me...Loads of fuel smoke

I have posted this problem before with no luck..

TPI 5.7 Speed Density..

Th engine starts okay but puffs loads of smoke then will stall if you let it idle.
Its does this from cold.

New Ecm, Iac, Temp sensor, ignition module, plugs, leads, cap, fuel, oil,Map and Fuel Regulator, cleaned injectors and throttle body, checked all vacum pipes.

The engine was put in an Astro van in 1995 and has never had an o2 or all the emmisions system connected it has no cat.

PLEASE PLEASE help me i really got to get this running now.

Thank you guys......

Have you tried the air fuel regulator or see how much psi your pump is pushing

What color is the smoke? If it's really fuel, I'd suspect a bad injector. How did you clean them? We're they checked for leak down?

Re: Please Help me...Loads of fuel smoke

The smoke is very dark andis there from the very moment its started..I have checked and changed the fuel regulator...I removed the injector rail and pressurised the rail with he fuelpump and looked for leaks and gently dabbed the bottom of the injectors with a cloth they were dry..I then went on to having them sonic cleaned just to be sure it made no difference.
I have only checked and adjusted the fuel regulator just of the fuelpump priming it read 46psi and stayed there forawhile slowly dropping of given time...Should i have checked the rail with engine running?

Man this engine is just laughing at me....
