My 305 hasn't run right since the engine was rebuilt. I checked the injector resistance today and found this:

Cyl 1 : 15.7 Ω
Cyl 2 : 15.9 Ω
Cyl 3 : 6.0 Ω
Cyl 4 : 15.7 Ω
Cyl 5 : 10 Ω
Cyl 6 : 4.7 Ω
Cyl 7 : 6.6 Ω
Cyl 8 : 15.9 Ω

So I have 4 that are bad. Do I buy just 4 or replace them all? Where can you buy injectors that are reasonably priced? I have emailed a few people on the board but haven't heard anything yet.

Because you never know when the other 4 will give up, its better with 8 new..

I did have 3 bad and I replaced all of them..

 

Just did the same thing on my friends car. It's been running lousy off an on for years. Finally thought to check the injectors and that was the problem. I used the Ford 19lb injectors same as Theking suggested and the car runs beautiful now.

I have Accel 19lb injectors in my 305 TPI, car runs GREAT. I've had them for over 1 1/2 years already and no problems. Just in case https://www.thirdgen.org/injectorswap has all the info you need for a swap. Goodluck

 

I go with the ford injectors from tpiparts.
My accel dosent seem to work like they should (its the yellow ones... the bad ones.. the new style silver/white is much better .. but Ford Racing Injectors are much better..)
