I finally bypassed my knock sensor

Engine: ls1 fti 3600,S60 w/3:73 gears
Transmission: A4
Axle/Gears: 3:23
I finally bypassed my knock sensor

It runs 100 percent better. Pulls harder and feels like it picked up a noticable increase in power. I need to find out what was putting off the knock sensor. I could have just tightened it too much or something is rattling on the engine.

how do you bypass it?

Unplug it and run a 3.9k or 100k resister (depending on year)inline with the existing wire and ground it on the chassis
