When i rev lightly the throttle body gets stuck open a lil bit i have to rev hard or push it back into the stop how can i fix this so it doesnt do this everytime? its causeing my high idle

 

look into reseting your IAC valve and TPS, the spring for the throttle "butterflies" is pretty stout. i kinda doubt its getting hung up, unless your TB is EXTREMLY gummed up. in that case remove the tb and clean it up with carb cleaner.

 

i figured it out sorry for the post guys it was my cruise control it was to tight so i moved it alil..

 

well that fixed my problem a lil bit but my throttle still gets stuck alil sometimes unless i rev hard
