1st off 1989 iroc-z 305 tpi auto 31k miles


after the problem started
i did a full tune up plugs, wires ,cap ,rotor ,coil, fuel filter even had the igntion module checked and it passed
none of these things fixxed the problem was going to do the tune up anyway
all plugs i pulled out looked fine

fuel pressure is reading 42 with igntion on then drops to 40 and holds
its @ 36 when idleing when you touch it the gas it jumps up to 42 but stalls
also no fuel in the regulator vaccum hose so the regulator seems to be working
ive tried all the test in the 89 service manual so at this point im assuming that fuel is not the issue
i am getting a nice fat spark to all plugs


if it starts it has a rough idle or sometimes a normal idle but if you even touch the gas pedal it will stall
tps is set correctly
timing is set to 6*
no codes are thrown but do get the normal SES when key is set to on
injectors all tested good
when it starts it will do one of 2 things run fine but touching gas pedal will stall it out
im not getting any vaccum leaks

or it starts and runs rough and stalls after 20 seconds of surgeing up and down

ive done an few hours worth of searching before posting cant seem to find a related problem ie.. the stalling when revved issue

when it is idleing it can be placed into drive and the iac does its best to not let it stall so it seems to be working but once again touch the gas and it stalls

ive been working on this issue for 2 weeks now
any advice

oh and btw Ecm and prom are less then 2 years old dealer replaced them and all 8 injectors
this is my fathers car and im tired of throwing parts at it ive just about hit my limit with it

 

EGR valve not closing completely? TPS voltage becomes erratic as throttle is opened?
Whats the intake vacuum reading at idle? Is it steady?

 

tps voltage only moves as fast as you open the throttle 0.54-4.1
egr i dont know i cant test for that the car isnt here its at my dads so i cant do any checks on it atm i cant remember how many bars of vaccum it had but it was almost dead on with my tpi converted Rs

 

it turned out to be an injector i was only testing them at idle but one died number 5 was shorting out and anything above idle
