I do not know about TB cleaner, but if i were you, I would use CO2 based cleaner like the one they sell at Circuit city, fry's for electrical components.

Just use the crc mass airflow sensor cleaner on your maf. Then clean wirirg with electrical cleaner. I have been told not clean maf with electrical cleaner. Spray maf inside with crc and let it dry completely.

Just used CRC SensorKleen for the MAF
It was all light burn, now shiney silver and runs smoother, seems more responsize

the MAF cleans itself each time you turn off your vehicle. your wasting you time

But was was still coated in a light brown colour, it is all silver and shiney now, does idle nicer aswell.
