Superram Intake/miniram intake legality

In Texas, will either of these pass?

1992 Formula 350
-SLP 1 3/4 Headers
-Ported Plenum, Polished w/ polished runners
-Airfoil and other small bolt on mods

Because I geuss It doesnt have the hook ups for Smog Equipment. Iw as thinking about getting the Mini Ram too but since I live In California I cant. So I guess I have to go with the Super Ram.

MR won't pass a visual check, but it would have no problem passing an actual sniffer.

ok i have a question here, i've lived in the NJ/PA area my whole life, and no "visual check" do u mean to tell me there are states that will fail your car because it doesn't have the original engine or intake? if thats the case thats freakin BULL****!
