cam lift

How much lift can the stock 350 short block take with either TF 23d or AFR 195cc heads without hitting the pistons assuming everything else is set up correctly?

Depends on valve timing. You could have .600" lift that doesn't hit, or .450" lift that does hit, depending on the timing of the vavle events relative to the crank.
