bosch type III 19lb or ford racing 19lb

anyone know the difference if any. i'm getting mixed info off of ebay. some say they will work fine, others say they ave a higher flow rate and minor adjustments may be needed... isn't a 19lb injector the same flow rate??? a lot of people say the ford 19 works great (the bosch type III) but what about the ford racing 19lb???
thanks

also, i've read higher fuel pressure = better performance, so does the 19lb injector need to stay at the 43psi or can i increase it with an AFPR? if increased how would it affect?

I HAVE BEEN PLAYING WITH THESE INJECTORS FOR OVER A YEAR NOW.. I MADE GOOD FRIENDS WITH JON AT FUEL INJECTOR CONNECTION. STD BOSCH III'S ARE SHORTER AND NEED A MODIFICATION TO GET UP IN THE RAIL. JON HAS FINALLY DONE THAT SO THEIR INJECTOR IS THE SAME HEIGHT AS THE STOCK WHEN INSTALLED. THE bOSCH III 19 IS RATED AT 37LBS. IT ACTUALLY FLOW A TAD UNDER 22 AT 43.5// WORKS GREAT IN MY 5.7.. THE REG. FORD MOTORSPORT FLOWS LESS. I ALSO THINK ITS A DENSO INJECTOR NOT BOSCH, BUT LOOKS IDENTICAL. THE 3 IS THE WAY TO GO. AND WITH THIS NEW MOUNTING THEY FIT GREAT. GIVE HIM A CALL. HE WILL STEER YOU RIGHT. GOOD LUCK
