My engine idles rough all of the time. It also doesn't have any power util about 2200 rpm. I tried cleaning the throttle body, but that didn't seem to help any. When I disconnect the small vacume line from the bottom of the tb, it idles fine, but at a higher rpm. Any suggustions?

Are you showing a check engine light? If so, check to see what codes are being set and we can help out more.

No trouble codes at all. I tried adjusting the timing and tps and that didn't help either.

This is a shot in the dark... but I believe the bottom vaccuum hose goes to the Charcoal Canister. If so, maybe your canister is clogged up? If its not the line going to the canister... where ever that vaccuum line is going, maybe there is a problem with that vaccuum controlled device.
