The cam that they put in with the different trannys. With the automatics, they get smaller cams than the ones they get with the manuals.

I have a 305 TBI with under 75,000 miles on it I wanted to swap it over to TPI but 205 HP I will need more than that aleast 230 HP. Should I try to match the cam to my 3.45 rear-end?

The heads on a 305 TBI are different than on TPI's so that's going to make a difference too. You're going to have to do heads, cam and a full exhaust and you still won't have 230 rwhp.
