Crap I forgot the ZZ3 cam, and the port matched (paid $400 at a machine shop) world products S/R torquer heads 2.02, 1.60 valves. What do you think im looking at for times???? im hoping for 12.9 with tuning:
w00t!
Props to you! 3.42 was a great choice.
I'm running richmond gears and love the "quality" unfortunatly I picked the wrong ratio (3.73) I just dont think that tall of gearing belongs on a "torque" engine. Maybe on a carbed 302 or 327, but not a TPI 305/350/383.

If you get the tuning right... I think 12.9 is possible.. just make sure you stiffen up the rear suspension, or you will lose a lot of time or gain. depends how you look at it

You want the front to rise up quickly and for the rear to squat some. I don't think you want the rear to squat like mother though.
Maybe he meant slodifying your rear end, you want good parts (LCAs, Torque Arm, etc.) so it doesn't wander around on you. But you'll need a mean 60 ft. to pull high 12s with that setup if you ask me. I don't think it will make the power to do that. Then the T5 will be asking for it.
I'd say mid to low 13s. You'll need a better intake, stock won't cut it. S/R torquers aren't too radical, and i think the ZZ3 cam is also mild. But you never know.
For comparison: I'm hoping for 12s outa my next setup also, but I'll be running 100%ported AFR 190s, ported SuperRam, and an LT4 hot cam, and a 3200 yank converter. I should make alot more power than you but I'm also shooting for 12s.
Good luck
