What happened to Vaders plenum porting PDF?

What happened to Vaders plenum porting PDF?
Every link I find for the PDF it says 404 file not found. Does anyone have this PDF? Or know a place to find it at?
I found this http://www.gmtips.com/3rd-degree/dox...-port/port.htm But it only shows one picture of the area behind the TB at one angle. And I want to see different angles of that area. Like I can't see how much he took off on the sides and stuff like that. So if anyone has pictures of the area behind the TB please post them!
