code 33?

Engine: 400 sbc .040 over
Transmission: 700r mod
code 33?
o.k. guys,I have a code 33 that won't go away.I tried relays,checked wiring,changed computers,tps (set at 52).car ran fine before I put on 58 mm t.b.oh, and i've checked for vaccuum leaks.symtoms are hard starting when cold,and get this manual shifting (automatic)keeping the revs up and it would never code!only normal driving.
Any advice would be appreciated.thanks

If evrything else is ok try to increase the TPS a little and see if that helps......
