Nitrous w/ Stock TPI set-up

Another newbie here, I hear you guys complaining about the air intake volume of the stock TPI, but could a fogger system be utilized with this setup, with an adequate fuel pump? Maybe I should ask this question.
How do I produce big numbers 400rwhp looking stock? Money isnt a problem but the formula for doing so is. 355ci or 383ci I want the bottle for sure but internally I need it to hold together PLease HELP Keep in mind MONEYisno problem just help get me there please

You say money is no problem. How much money?

400HP easy.

350 4 bolt 1 peice motor
Machine mains for 383 stroker
Sportsman-II, or Trick-Flow heads
(if your going turbo go with the 72cc
chambers, if not, go with 64cc)
forged flat-top pistons
400 crank, keep the 5.7" rods, but
you should get forged 5.7". DONT use
6 inch rods.
You can use any cam you want really, but
the duration should be around 223/236 -
230/240 (at .50). Any lower or higher and it won't work well. That duration is for a
2700-6,000 RPM motor. which is about what you
want.

If you go 383 you'll need to balance the motor, if you go with a 355, you can get
"factory balance" rods, crank, and pistons.

I used DeskTop dyno to set up a engine combo and theoretically got 450+ flywheel power... But It needed the Accel Super-ram system.

If money is no worry.... well... get a forged crank, forged rods, forged domed pistons, ARP fasteners all around.. this will ensure that the bottom end will hold.

The rest depends on where you want your power... Look through the cams from different companies... I was gonna go with CompCams. Edelbrock Performer heads are a nice purchase. Get the whole Lingenfelter/Accel EFI System.. this way you can program your computer with a laptop and get precise tuning. You said money wasn't an issue... then you should be able to get 400rwhp EASY!!!
