What's a Good RPM Stall With The ZZ4 Cam?

well that's the question, I have the cam and I think I'll benifit from a stall converter, but I don't think I need a huge stall. Maybe 2000 RPM's?

I was told 2400 would be perfect. But do higher stall converters hurt gas mileage? some people say yes, other people say no
