Need a cam suggestion for MPG / Power

With fuel prices the way they are and only looking to get worse, I am looking at putting together a package that will get good mileage and make good power. I have no expectations on a horsepower goal, but I would hope to make 325-350 or so with a flat curve. I wish for a solid 25 mpg or so which I believe is entirely possible as I am getting 21 now with stock TBI 350 heads and a Summit 1103 cam. I am using this car as daily transportation, roughly 75 miles a day, providing the weather is good... The package that I am going to use is as follows:

Vehicle : 1957 Chevy, approx. 2900 lbs.

355 shortblock , balanced, hyper pistons
TPI, stock throttle body with an airfoil
Stock runners
Accel ported base
ported plenum
TPIS adj. regulator
Holley 24lb. injectors
long tube 1 3/4" headers, 3" collectors
Dual 2.5" exhaust
Pro Topline iron heads, 167 runners, 67cc chambers, 1.94/1.50 valves
Comp Cams 986-16 springs
Summit 1.6 ratio roller rockers

Built 700r4
3:55 rear

I know I am leaving something out here....

Anyways, can I get some input from you all? I appreciate the help !!!

Jason

Any moderately aggressive cam + custom burned PROM will do. But you won't get a very flat power curve with TPI.

Too aggressive and it won't match the TPI flows though.... I figured I would get a ton of responses with this.... Any input is appreciated.

I am not offering them to anyone, only asking for some "knowledge"...

No, I don't need a 350Z, I will gladly drive my American car instead with more power and in the same ballpark for mileage.

The XFI268HR-113 would be great in that combo. Or just put a ZZ4 cam in it.
