Injectors bad?

Injectors bad?
ok, my buddy got a 1991 z28 305 TPI. 95,000 org. miles. It will not start on it's own. Always needs starting fluid. When it runs it runs ok for awhile and then shuts off and dies after about 20 mins of driving. A mechanic said the ECM is bad so we replaced it and same issues. Could the injectors be bad from sitting (assuming this car sat most its life with 95,000 miles) We are getting low voltage to the injectors. Does anyone know where the grounds are for the injector system, or anything that may cause low voltage?
Also we just replaced the head gaskets and had the heads cleaned and plained. All new gaskets in the whole tpi setup. new cap/rotor/wires/ac delco plugs/new fuel filter/ fuel pump turns on and runs properly.
Any ideas appreciated because this is my buddys only car and he can't get to work....

Whats the ohm on the injectors, if they below 12 they are toast...
I would call Jon at FIC (fuel injector conneciton) and talk to him.
He will help you with the injector problem.
They have great injectors and a really good service.

You can change how many stuffs as possible, but if you got 1 or more bad injectors it dosent matter, Ive changed much to, its pretty common that the injectors go bad.. I would call Jon up and talk to him, he can help you out. He did in my case

This is a long shot, but have you checked the fuse and fusible link near the battery? My fusible link was a little melted, and it took me quite a while to troubleshoot. Have you checked fuel pressure and/or replaced the fuel pressure regulator? How much voltage are you getting at the injectors, and how are you measuring it? Any error codes?

6 of the injectors were less than 12, so i am replacing all of them soon, ill let you guys know what happens...

we replaced all of em this thread is actually about my car hahah its actually running A LOT better than before brendan and i still have a lot of crap left to do to this car to get it smogged and running correct
