2000-4000 rpm surging in 3rd
My '89 Formula 350 starts, runs and drives great EXCEPT when I leave it in "D," overdrive off, and accelerate through highway speeds. As rpm's rise it seem to surge, like a a hiccup almost. It's not major but it's annoying.
The car idles perfect, and it only happens under load.
Where would be the most likely place to start?
Injectors? Ignition? MAF?
Engine is still basically stock with 110,000 miles.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
