Last summer I replaced my leaking stock injectors for a set of Ford pink top (D9B) injectors from FiveO. They were advertised as direct replacement 22lbs.

This summer I started using Datamaster tog log my car and found out that it was running really lean, BLM 150+. I upped the fuelpressure to 48-49psi and BLM dropped to 140+. Now I have tried a new chip with injector size set to 21lbs (stock setting 22.36lbs) and BLM are staying close to 128 (+-7) in all cells except 14 and 15 where it still were lean.
The next thing I did was to change to 20lbs injector constant and dropping fuel pressure to 43-44psi. The BLM stayed almost the same, it started to go a little rich on the higher cells, but thats better than a little lean, right?

These injectors are(/were) sold as 22lbs at FiveO, but wouldn't these findings suggest that they are more like 20lbs...

I know that many are using these injectors, am I the only only one with this problem?
I didn't even know i had a problem until I scanned it...

ford rates their injectors at 39psi. this may be part of the problem.

 

If they were rated 22lbs at 39.15 psi (Ford) then they would be MORE than 22 lbs at 43.5 psi (GM) and run rich, not lean..?
