High idle. & cruise cable

High idle. & cruise cable
91 355 vortec TPI. got a high idle when i first start it up. itll idle about 2k for 5 seconds or so and back down. i just reset my tps and everything else seems to be workin fine, but it keeps doin it. and i was also wonderin where can i find a cruise control cable for it. Thanks
