Removing Plenum and Runners
My car has a bad head gasket.. So today I started unplugging harnesses and vacuum lines. Took the plenum out and thats where the trouble started.

I stripped the head of one of the Torx bolts on the runner. It's the one on the right side of the car closest to the front of the engine.

I tried using a vice grip to get it off but it isnt working out. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Removing Plenum and Runners
You might try an allen in a 3/8 drive socket. Try tapping it into the torx bolt.
Also you might try tapping on the bolt head with a brass drift to help break the set of the bolt. Blaster penetrant might help too.

screw extractor, u can find it at any hardware store, you could try your luck with a thin metal file or maybe a dremel if u have it to make it a flat head shape and then try to twist it out
