Anyone wanna walk me through this? Holley AFPR.

I have a walbro fuel pump and its supplying sufficient pressure to the rail however I'm at a loss when adjusting fuel pressure. I'm only getting a stable 45psi. If I turn the large dial either way I"ll "MAYBE" see a -1 or +1 jump in fuel pressure. I believe I'm suppose to remove the vacuum hose supplying the AFPR? Obviously I capped it off. I've tried both with removal and installed and have yet to achieve any spike in difference. I know the rubber diaprahm is good and it isnt leaking. Any ideas? I'm trying to get it to 51psi and run 12 BTDC. Some have done this with similiar setup and have seen 2 1/10 decrease in 1/4 times.

2 AND 1/10 or 2/10 aka 2 tenths... 2 tenths is more reasonable.

anyways with the vacuum disconnected you should be at full PSI, most AFPR are turn the screw in to raise the pressure

Adjust the fpr with the car running, uncapped, and vacuum disconnected.
