car sat for a while and have recently started finishing the resto on it.

fuel filter <new pump/strainer>
oil change
coolant


now my question is
plugs rotor cap they where new when parked should i change them?


whats going on with the car.
when cold will not start easily have to tap the gas pedal not hold it tap it quickly car will fire for a second then die. does this 3 times and sounds horrible when it does start its very very rough shaking misses pops about 45seconds of this an it cleans up.

im getting no codes and runs fine when warm smells rich though.
idle jumps around 500-700 rpms never really settles.

now if i unplug the tps it fires first try then stalls out plug it back in and 10second crank itll jump into the poping shaking missing zone for 1min then clean up.

been told to check
iac
cts
cold start injector
fuel pressure
compression test
timing
the oil sending unit?

anything else i should run over?

old gas was drained 100octane slapped in

1988 formula 350 tpi stock as stock can get
