picked up an Iroc-z

new to the forum just picked up a 90 iroc-z with a blown motor. Im gonna do the rebuild myself but im new to tpi so i geuss im asking, whats the best way to go? Im tryin to keep it ca smog legal too.

A stock rebuild with a mild cam would be great. My first performance mod after engine rebuild would be exhaust since its the biggest bang for your buck. The TPI has monster low end torque and driving around will definatley be a treat. Might want to also look at your tranny to make sure it can hold up to the heavy foot you will soon develop.
