IIRC, its about 25 lbs of torque, but I don't remember the sequence. I think it's in the Haynes manual, though.
Re: intake torq spec and seqence
"Apply silicone sealer to intake manifold bolts and torque bolts to manufacturers specifications. Before installing base check alignment of rear machined surface with block mating surface. Make sure they align or replace manifold. Follow this bolt sequence, as the Helm has mistakes in some years:
12-11-4-1-5-6 front of intake
10-9-3-2-7-8 front of intake" Found this sequernce in the Super ram intake install info. The 1988 shop manual states 25 - 45 ft lbs for a TPI intake. #1 is on the thermostat (drivers side) of the intake.

Re: intake torq spec and seqence
The fundamental idea is to start in the middle of the intake, working across to each side, and working rearward and forward. Any sequence that follows this logic will work great. I have always used 30 ft-lbf and silicone the threads.
In order to prevent oil leaks, clean the china walls very well. I always use the cork fillers along with silicone sealant. Be sure to get a bit more silicone into the corner where the block, intake and heads meet. Also, use a smear of silicone on both sides of the intake gaskets around the coolant passages. (Just a smear with the finger tip)

Re: intake torq spec and seqence
Doc gotcha, but I'd use 35-40 ft/lbs, but I'm a weenie
Alsi, especially tru for the inner holes (but I do it on all of them) is to dip the bolts n the liquid teflon stuff to keep the oil and anti freeze seeping up into the intake.
