Alternate mounting for oil sending unit?

Are there any alternate places to mount an oil sending unit. I have a vortec TPI intake and I have everything on the top of the engine and I forgot to put in the nipple for the oil sending unit. Needless to say I cant get it in there with out pulling everything off and installing it and putting everything back. Just looking for an easy way out here.

I know. Put it on the side of the block above the oil filter.
