5.0 Liter Heads

I have been toying with the idea of getting heads for my 5.0 Litre. As you may know there are not a lot of options out there. There are the stock 081 and 187 heads. You have World Product heads. Then you get into aluminum heads. I have identified the following three aluminum heads:

GM “Vette Heads”

If you were going to buy a set of these heads which would you choose and why? The price is about the same between these heads so that is not a consideration.

What is the advantage over one exhaust port shape (i.e. D, square, rectangular, …etc)? What are some of the more important items to consider when considering heads?

I have a cam, headers, stock intake manifold, EGR valve … etc. on a relatively new 5.0 litre.

I know about valve size, 3 angle valve jobs, unshrouding valves, a little about runner volumes and not to much more.

Also, stock combustion chamber is 58cc so reducing it to 56cc may increase compression ratio a bit.
