Fuel Injectors... In NEED or for TRADE!

I have a 91 Z28 TPI that had a 305 motor. Well, before I did the motor swap to a 355, my stock 19lb injectors went out and I wasn't ready to do the motor. So, in a rush and without thinking, I got new fuel injectors which are 21lb. They worked great in the 305 and are alright in the 355 but my cam is a bit much for them. So, I really need a set of injectors preferably between 26 and 32lbs. My Venom 21lbs are in great condition, have about 1000 miles on them, are about half a year old, and I am willing to trade...

Thanks!
Patrick

Sell your Venoms and go with the generation 3 Bosch injectors like the LS1's came with.

There has been great feedback on the design lll's. The 4 spray pattern provides more effiecient fuel atomization which will give better idle and acceleration over the standard injector.

anything over a 24lb injector on your 350 is going to require you to tune the computer. 90-92 cars whether it be a 305 or 350 came with 21lb injectors stock. only the 89 and lower 305's got 19lb and 350's got 22lb. you can play with fuel injector sizes a little bit, but the stock computer can only compensate so much, so anything bigger than a 24lb injector is going to require a tune, it won't run right, and the tpi engines are super rich in power enrichment mode anyway, you don't need anymore fuel. i'd recommend staying with your 21lb injectors, unless you can give me some more detailed info on your engine.

even with 24's i would suggest a tune. on open loop its going to be way rich and on closed with a single o2 i don't thing the blm will correct the amount of fuel. One thing you don't want is bore wash on a older engine or for that matter any engine.. do it right.. select the injector you need and send the prom to PCM for less or another good mail order tuner and be done with it. You have some good money invested already.. don't skimp on the tune.
