Is it possible to replace the metal fuel lines that goes out of the fuel rails?
My old line is very rusty and bended..
Here is a picture of what I mean:
The picture above is not my fuel rail. I only wanted to show you what line I mean..

Yes, they can be replaced separately from the rails. As far as where to get them though, I'm not sure. Maybe on ebay or craigslist, but you'll probably wind up having to buy the whole fuel rail assembly, or maybe even the whole TPI setup. At least you could sell off the other parts you didn't need though, and make some of the money back.

I don't think you can replace one without the other and the one connected to the end of the passenger side rail is fastened like the females ends on the bracket that's bolted to the front of the intake, but I've been wrong before.
I had a really bad rust problem and cut the line of the end remove the other from the regulator, drill and tapped the end for a Swagelok o-ring face seal 3/8" tube fitting.
Drilled and tapped the Regulator base for 3.8" NPT to 3/8" tube fitting.

Re: Replacing TPI fuel rail lines
Yeah I mean't to replace both of the lines...Actually it was my own fault that this line became bended
I was going to polish the fuel rail assemply, and then I wanted to remove both of the metal fuel lines. And i tried to twist the line out of the fuel rail and then it bended. But I don't think it is too much bended so mayby I can reuse the line.
Mayby I can find someone that sells only the fuel lines or else I just have to customize something myself.

Hi
I just saw your post about removing the fuel lines from the fuel rails, it's the one on your passenger side that's causing the problem. Just how do you go about it?

Re: Replacing TPI fuel rail lines
The passenger side fuel line and fuel rail are one piece. There's no way to seperate those pieces without making modifications. Many people will cut the line off and add/weld AN fittings so you can use your own fuel lines, but that's a bit of work. If you have a problem, you're probably better off hitting up eBay or Craigslist and buying some used lines.
