Accel 300+ ignition
Where is the best place to mount my ignition box? I have an accel 300+ unit with the harness already wired up. It has the plug ends on it and the farthest i can reach is the front of the washer fluid bottle. Thanks. Joe. Can i see some pics under the hood for reference with any ignition box?

Re: Accel 300+ ignition
i have the box mounted on the drivers side on the bracket for the relays between the brake booster and fender. I dont have pics right now thought.
i am changing it to a different angle because changing my rev limiter takes too long. I have the cover blocked so i have to pull the box out and pop cover off

Re: Accel 300+ ignition
i bought the kit though summit fro the tpi cars. It worked well until one night it decided to die and left me almost stranded.(i kept the stock coil to dizzy harness in center console)
the tach went goofy(as revs went up the tach would go down)
then car started sputtering and finally wouldnt run.....unplugged it and hooked stock harness back up and zoom i was back driving.
BTW, it was only 2 years old
