i have a 350tpi stock. its running funny itsa almost sputtering up to speed and iming is 8 degrees my fuel pressure at the rail while idleing is about 35psiand my injectors were just checked and the numbers are 17.7,17.7,18,18,17.7,18,18.1,18 o a;so there is a noise from under the distributor cap could this be a reason for a lack of and inconsistent power please everyone give me some direction

 

Pop the top on that dizzy and see if the rotor is broken or if the metal is burned off.
