Ok let me start off with what i have done. i have a 350 tpi. some mods, n e who my plugs keep getting fuel fouled but it doesn't make sense why there doing that. All of my injectors are good, they hoold pressure and release how they are soposed to, i have replaced the ecm, checked timing, its getting spark and i can't seem to diagnose the problem by myself.

 

Oh also here's some important info. when i pulled my plugs out gas poured out.
