I am looking at buying a plenum and a set of runners, they have the 9 injector but my base does not since it is a 89. How would I go about plugging this. What exactly do I need to plug? Kind of on a budget, trying to build motor so lets see your cheap ways! Pictures would be great.

isnt the 9th injector the "start up injector"?

 

I have 2 cold start injectors for sale if someone needs one or both....

 

I am not looking to run one, I just want to make the 9th injector style plenum and runners work with a 89, non 9th injector lower base intake.

I think TPIS makes a block-off kit that comes with a cap for the fuel rail and a block-off plate and bolt to cap off the injector hole in the runner.....
